Butterflies are pretty to see but hard to catch. This illustration is my latest offering in the FILIGREE collection. They took me some time to work on but I am quite satisfied with them.

I am creating a new series called Filigree series which are lace like ornamental work. The first illustration in the series is a nine different types of floral filigree designs. They are great building blocks for patterns, interior design like pillows or wedding invitations.

I think I have the knack for creating cute patterns and here’s one example. Too Kawaii!

Really love this simple and cute retro bloom seamless pattern background. I think it will look great on a pillow or notebook.

Seamless patterns are what I haven’t done before as I wasn’t sure how to create them properly and efficiently. I have been experimenting with patterns generator in illustrator in the last few months and I am ready to create lots of seamless patterns. To start with, here’s one I have done in retro easter theme.

Getting ready for the easter break? Well, I am with my illustrations. Created a bunch of easter related illustrations in the last few days and rather pleased with the new series. This year instead of usual light pastels color scheme for easter, I’ve experimented with strong bold colorful palette.

This is my current favorite – Retro Happy Easter Set. The illustration includes five different patterned easter eggs, basket of easter eggs, chick in a egg, butterfly, dragonfly and two easter happy bunnies.

I shall post more easter illustrations shortly.

Created a new icon set for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day. Use the Irish icon set to celebrate this special holiday! Included in this set: a hat, festive balloons, cute leprechaun head, a four leaf lucky clover, a three leaf clover, a lucky pot of gold, a green colored beer, an irish flag and a rainbow with star. Few months back I have added a new type series called “Doodle line art” and they have been well-received on istockphoto. For this year’s easter day, I have created this cute doodle line art icon set that contains easter eggs to easter bunny.
